How long does cleaning take?
It depends on the size of the furniture, the fabric and how soiled it is. Include these details in your request and we will give you an estimated duration when confirming.
When can I use my furniture again?
The fabric must dry completely. Drying time depends on the filling, humidity, temperature and ventilation. Our technician will advise you after inspecting the furniture.
Can every stain and odour be removed?
Not always. Results depend on the type and age of the stain, previous treatments and the fabric’s condition. We assess risks before starting and do not promise complete removal of every stain or odour.
Is cleaning suitable for my upholstery?
We choose the method after inspecting and testing the material on a hidden area. Tell us about the fabric and any previous treatments. We discuss delicate materials separately.
How should I prepare the room?
Remove loose items from the furniture and leave space around it. We will discuss access to water, power and other requirements when arranging the visit.
Can the estimated price change?
Yes, if the size, construction or condition differs from the options selected. The final price is agreed before we start. A photo helps us estimate more accurately.
